The Livery Stripe evokes the legendary 250 LM which won the Le Mans 24-Hour in 1965, as does the entire 296 GTB itself. Carbon Fiber is everywhere, covering the Rear Diffuser, Underdoor Covers, Rear Spoiler, Engine Bay Escutcheon and Front Spoiler (which has Aerodynamic Appendages to provide additional downforce). Matt Diamond Polished Forged Wheels surround Carbon Ceramic Brakes with Alumino Calipers, and are suspended from Titanium Springs and Multimatic Dampers. Even the Wheel Studs are Titanium. To further reduce weight, the Engine Cover is made of formed Lexan. The finishing touches are the Scuderia Ferrari Shields placed proudly on the front fenders.
